Luxeloy provides handcrafted 100% genuine leather goods, including bags, wallets, belts, and shoes.

2. Products & Specifications

Natural Variations: Because all our products are handcrafted from 100% genuine leather, natural variations in grain texture, tone, and minor organic marks are inherent characteristics of full-grain leather and not considered defects.
Colors & Images: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device's screen settings.
Availability: Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Pricing

Pricing: All prices listed on our store are presented in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) unless specified otherwise and include applicable local taxes.
Order Confirmation: Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed once verified by our customer service team via phone call, WhatsApp, or email.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices or correct typographical pricing errors without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery)

Cash on Delivery (COD): We accept Cash on Delivery for orders shipped within Morocco. Payment must be made in full in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your package.
Inspection Rights: Customers are permitted to inspect the exterior condition of the delivered parcel and verify item contents upon arrival before finalizing payment to the courier.
Order Refusal: Refusing delivery without valid justification (such as damaged or incorrect goods) may result in account restrictions for future Cash on Delivery purchases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates. While we aim for delivery within 24 to 48 hours for major cities and 2 to 4 business days for other regions, unforeseen courier delays may occasionally occur.
Luxeloy is not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect delivery details, unanswerable phone numbers, or force majeure events.

6. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Our Return & Exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date of package delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Returns or size exchanges (e.g., for shoes or belts) can be arranged by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email. Shipping costs for exchanges due to customer size error may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, brand names (Luxeloy), product photography, graphics, descriptions, and site layout—is the exclusive intellectual property of Luxeloy.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without explicit prior written authorization from Luxeloy.
